It’s been an absolute pleasure to continue writing for the site and something I will continue to fuel for the months and years to come. It’s been a tricky year for many airlines, and we’re already starting to see the grassroots of a return to investment in product, design and passenger experience across the globe.
One thing is for sure, the next few years are perhaps going to be as interesting to watch as the years when I very first started. I think it’s fair to say that crisis really does breed opportunity. I’d like to thank you for joining me on this journey and that you continue to use the site as a resource, whether you work in the industry, or just an avid traveller like me.
An ask for support
From time to time, you’ll hear from me, like now, asking for your support. Many of you have seen the site evolve over the years, and I’m sure most of you prefer the site clean and ad-free, something we pride ourselves on. But with that, comes a request for support in keeping the site funded, and anything is welcome, from a cup of coffee to a slap up meal, any donation amount goes purely in to the funding and development for the site.
