We’ve covered TAP before on the site a few times, and even though some time has elapsed since they first took delivery of their A330Neo’s, this is the first time we’ve booked a ticket to experience this brand new Recaro hard product. While it isn’t the most spacious seat in the skies, we’re curious to see how it repositions the carrier against its competition – especially when they’ve got a discount on their long-haul flights right now using code MULTI15.
TAP is well known for its cheaper than normal fares, even though its a full service carrier. We managed to snag a bargain £1000 return fare from Barcelona to Sao Paulo via Lisbon for Christmas (which we’ll only end up taking if we feel travel is safe at that time) in their brand new fully-flat business class cabin.
