Qatar Airways has just extended its existing relationship with both BRIC’S and Nappa Dori for their long and medium-haul passengers. The relationship which started at the end of last year, has seen a new wave of limited-edition amenity kit designs take to the skies. BRIC’S limited edition luxury amenity kits come in a selection of four colours for autumn – yellow, navy blue, blush and tan – and will be presented to passengers flying long-haul in First Class and Business Class.
First and Business Class passengers travelling on Qatar Airways’ medium-haul routes will be offered amenity kits from leading fashion brand Nappa Dori featuring a new series of destination images printed on the kits canvas exterior, including Thailand, the Netherlands, China and Doha.
First Class and Business Class long-haul passengers will receive miniature versions of the Bellagio and Sintesis suitcase that features a hard-shell with a Tuscan leather trim. Each bag contains exclusive products from Italy’s Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio, the environmentally friendly olive oil company. The skin care range includes lip balm, hydrating facial mist, and anti-ageing moisturiser in Business Class, with added Night Recovery Cream for First Class kits. Socks, eyeshades and ear plugs complete the range with the addition of a BRIC’S signature luggage tag for First Class.
They did this a while ago now and they are not very good. This is a downgrade iMHO. Th amenities are impractical, especially for the blokes and the case is a hard case which is not practical for travellers. It takes up space. I liked the Armani kits, soft outer case, large mens after shave balm tube-fabulous and a small botlle of cologne. Practical. Bring the old ones back QR.
I like the hard cases, and thought getting these kits on my recent flight a step up.
