Malaysia Airlines has completed opening its doors to three new lounges in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We love these lounges, with their distinctive and ornate design, that will play home to the airline’s First and Business Class passengers, as well as oneworld and Enrich premium level guests.

The new lounges are part of a new brand image emerging for the carrier, with a new A350 product flying to London with a refreshed Business and First Class product. The end result is an airline that represents a modern Malaysia with a wealth of design touches and the pinnacle of these can be found in the myriad of lounge offerings.

The latest lounge, the flagship International Golden Lounges in the satellite building at KLIA, joins its refreshed domestic and regional lounges. Situated in the International Golden Lounge will also be a Platinum first class lounge, accessible for First Class and top level Oneworld fliers.

The lounge features a fine-dining a-la carte restaurant space for First Class passengers, as well as walk up Laksa bar and live cooking stations, and a myriad of seating options for their international passengers.

The lounge also boasts an impressive cocktail bar, and USB and power sockets at almost every seat, including some impressive rattan cane style armchairs which mix both modern and traditional styles to add a unique design flourish to the space.
